Paws ‘n’ Rec is a membership-only facility, which means every pet in our care is a known, loved, and fully expected part of our community. Our team knows your pet’s name, their quirks, their favorite playmates, and their likes and dislikes, so we can cater to them personally.
Membership is how we maintain our industry-leading staff-to-dog ratios, our vet-approved play model, and the kind of routine and consistency that actually makes a difference in your pet’s day.
Your membership includes access to your chosen service tier (daycare, boarding, or both), extended hours, priority booking, and all-inclusive care — meaning we never charge extra for owner-provided feeding, topical or oral medication, or playtime. Members also receive 10% off all grooming and spa packages, access to our partner perks program, exclusive community events, and more.

A Paws ‘n’ Rec day is anything but typical (in the best possible way). Your pup will enjoy cycled group play organized by size, temperament, and play style. This is the kind of structured, vet-approved enrichment that keeps dogs engaged, active, and genuinely thriving. There’s socialization, downtime, and plenty of tail-wagging fun. Always. Every single play group at every Paws ‘n’ Rec location is carefully matched by size, temperament, and play style and supervised by certified Adventure Guides. Your dog will always be with the right crowd, not just whoever happened to show up that day.
Our hotel members enjoy luxurious custom-built overnight accommodations, time with certified Adventure Guides, and access to daycare play during their stay — all included in their boarding fee. We also never charge extra for owner-provided feeding your pet or administering topical/oral medication.
Not every pup is a social butterfly, and that’s why we offer private boarding: personalized, one-on-one enrichment and exercise with a member of our team for dogs who thrive outside of group settings. Ask your Arkansas and Florida team about private boarding – availability depends on the location and is not available everywhere.
Yes! We offer luxurious cat boarding at select locations. Cat boarding includes a spacious private room, a separate cats-only air system, and plenty of love and attention from our team. Cat boarding is currently available at:

We charge all reservations at drop-off (or check-in for boarding). Standard boarding stays carry no cancellation fees. Holiday stays require a 50% deposit, which is fully refundable up to 48 hours before check-in. Policies may vary slightly by location, so reach out to your local team if you have questions.
Our standard grooming packages include bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, and teeth cleanings. For pups who need the full treatment, our S’paw packages include deshedding treatments, targeted skin and coat treatments, breed-specific cuts and styles, and dematting. Your pup will come home looking — and smelling — absolutely incredible.
Nope! Grooming is open to all pet parents. That said, members receive 10% off all grooming and spa services, plus priority booking, so you’re always first in line for a spa day. Another great reason to join the pack.
Absolutely, and we highly recommend it. Your pup plays all day, gets pampered, and comes home cleaner than they were when they left. Just let our team know when you book, and we’ll handle the rest.
Yes. Our grooming team is trained and experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types — from a quick trim on a short-coated pup to a full curly cut on a fluffball. They’re in great hands.
