Monthly Vaccine Clinic Info

We announce upcoming vaccination clinics via email. All paw-ticipants MUST book their slot in advance via the Gingr portal. When making your Adventurer’s daycare/boarding reservation, simply add the vaccine(s) you’d like them to receive! To add services on to an existing boarding reservation, please contact the facility directly via email or phone.

The following vaccinations/tests will be available (pricing includes PNR discount):

A LA CARTE SERVICES:

• 5 in 1 (Distemper/Parvo) – $40.50
  
• Bordetella (1 year) – $40.50
  
• CIV Bivalent – $48.60
  
• De-worming (Hookworm & Roundworm) – $24.30
  
• Heartworm Test – $50.40
  
• Leptospirosis – $40.50
  
• Rabies (1 year) – $28.80
  
• Rabies (3 year) – $48.60
  • In order to receive the 3 year Rabies vaccination, you must provide proof of your Adventurer’s previous Rabies vaccine with the due date. If your pup is more than 30 days past their due date for Rabies, they will not be eligible to receive the 3 year vaccine.

** All vaccination reservations will incur a $5.00 biohazard fee – this is per patient, not per vaccination.

Please ensure your pup’s most recent vaccination records are uploaded in Gingr prior to their appointment.

The most im-paw-tant step in ensuring your Adventurer is all set for the vaccination appointment is to print and complete the Patient Vaccination Form. This document must be brought to PNR on the day of the vaccination clinic – without it, your pup cannot be vaccinated.

Please ensure you drop your Adventurer off no later than 12PM and pick them up no earlier than 5PM on their vaccination date.
